I caught my dead husband soothing our son on a baby monitor

That’s the spirit

While checking a baby monitor to ensure that her 11-month-old son, Leo, was sound asleep in his crib, mom of two Whitney Allen noticed an orb of light bouncing off of the baby’s head.

Immediately, she believed that the beam was the spirit of her dead husband.

“My husband passed away on April 7, 2022, when our second son, Leo, was 3 months old,” wrote Allen, from Pennsylvania, in the closed captions of her viral TikTok video.

“Tonight, I felt like I saw my husband soothing our baby.”

In her paranormal post, which has amassed more than 8.1 million views, Allen shared baby monitor footage of little Leo’s leg swaying back and forth while a palm-size ray of light appears to caress the side of his face.

Widow and mom of two Whitney Allen claims she spotted her late husband's hand caressing the top of their newborn baby's head.

Elsewhere in the clip, the same curious glow is seen moving in a circular motion around the back of the infant’s head.

“Chills,” wrote Allen in the on-screen text of the video. “It literally looks like a hand patting/stroking Leo’s head.”

In a separate snippet, the self-touted “young widow” explained that her late husband, Ryan, a cop, died due to grave complications spurred by a bee sting.

Allen revealed that months prior to Ryan’s passing and Leo’s birth, an ultrasound showed abnormalities in the fetus, which doctors feared would severely impair the baby’s health.

Allen says that prior to her husband's death, they received news that their then-unborn baby may suffer with lifelong genetic defects.

And while both she and Ryan were “devastated” by the daunting diagnosis, Allen said her husband, who was then in good health, constantly reassured her that their child would be “perfect.”

After a series of prenatal tests, lab results confirmed that baby Leo was, in fact, fine.

However, only a month after receiving the positive health update on their incoming little one, Ryan suffered his would-be fatal sting.

He had an allergic reaction to the bee’s prick, which sent him into cardiac arrest and caused an irreversible anoxic brain injury. He was hospitalized under COVID-19 isolation when Leo was born.

“It was during Ryan’s isolation over this time that he stopped responding to commands and improving,” Allen said in her trending testimonial.

“His ‘light’ went out when his baby was born into this world.”

She added: “I believe that somehow Ryan traded his life for his son’s [life]. Forever solidifying Ryan’s connection with his son as his guardian angel and protector.”

And astonished TikTok viewers agreed.

“I’m telling you right now that is your husband,” wrote a convinced commentator. “Oh my goodness … he is his guardian Angel now. Your son is divinely protected.”

“When dad was petting his temples you could see baby open his eyes for a min then fall back asleep because he knew he had nothing to worry about,” another gushed.

“He’s kissing your son’s head and your son was even smiling. God bless,” said another.

“Woah! That amazing. He is definitely with you both,” a separate woman assured, to which a grateful Allen wrote, “Thank you,” with a series of hearts.
