Yoga, brisk walking, stretching and jogging are some low-impact exercises that you can easily perform when you are expecting.

Complete bed rest is not recommended during pregnancy. You need to stay active. But at high risk, it might be difficult to carry out all the daily activities, so it is better to take things lightly.

Can you still have a vaginal birth?
In any pregnancy, vaginal birth is preferred. The doctors do not go for C-sections until it is absolutely necessary. They only recommend C-section when even the trial of vaginal delivery may prove to be risky for the mother and child.
